During the Illinois State of Address on February 21, 2024, Governor JB Pritzker made several references to and/or about Plaintiffs circumstances and/or living conditions, including the refence to Plaintiff 1. “Living in a car” made indirectly reflecting to Plaintiff housing issues faced in Santa Monica where Plaintiff was dealing with stalking issues with Scottie Pippen; and 2. “Letter of reference” dealing with employment opportunities missed because of “law enforcement opportunities missed, while living in a car in Santa Monica”, waiting for a letter of reference from the Congressman, he has shared communications caught on video in an attempt to establish “mental illness”. This was extremely troubling given Plaintiff lost her housing due to a shooting incident she survived on February 23, 2024, where she reported being shot at to the Congressman’s staff, Chicago Police, the Chicago Housing Authority, and Cook County President Toni Preckwinkle, however she was accused of “making a threat”, resulting in the lost of her housing benefits.

 On February 26, 2024, Plaintiff was forcefully evicted from her home with no advance notice, and an open claim for damages due to a willful infestation of her unit, managed by Waterton Property, see claim 2024L002089, this issue was personally assigned to the Congressman by the Plaintiff. The Congressman and/or his staff are enabling abuse, harassment, stalking activities rather than protecting Plaintiff from said abuses. See Valentine vs Chicago Housing Authority 2022M1301069. Abusing access, information and his role as a US Congressman, Danny Davis and his staff abused information and/or data collected about abuse, stalking and harassment out of state to cover up and conceal said abuses to benefit Scottie Pippen, then directed other elected officials to do the same for political favors, power and influence.
