This matter coming to be heard on Plaintiff CHYVETTE A. VALENTINE’s Amended Motion for Default Judgment With Prejudice, Prove-Up of Damages, and Referral for Criminal Investigation, due notice having been given, the Defendants having failed to appear, plead, or otherwise respond despite proper service, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
1. DEFAULT JUDGMENT is entered in favor of Plaintiff CHYVETTE A. VALENTINE and against Defendants as follows:
Scottie Pippen – $175,000,000
Larsa Pippen – $150,000,000
Carl Pippen – $750,000
Melissa Pippen – $250,000
Jason Giller – $24,000,000
Total Judgment: $350,000,000
2. Payment Terms:
A 20% down payment totaling $70,000,000 shall be made within sixty (60) days from the date of this Order.
The remaining $280,000,000 shall be paid in equal monthly installments over a period of three (3) years (36 months), with statutory interest applied as required by Illinois law, with 15% interest.
Payments shall be made to a court-appointed escrow or trust account or as otherwise directed by the Court.
3. Enforcement Provisions:
In the event of noncompliance, Plaintiff may immediately seek enforcement through garnishment, liens, asset seizure, or any and all other remedies available under Illinois law.
The Court retains jurisdiction to monitor compliance, adjudicate any violations, and issue contempt orders or further sanctions.
4. Referral for Criminal Investigation:
A certified copy of this Order and relevant case materials shall be transmitted to the appropriate state and federal authorities, including but not limited to the Illinois Attorney General and the U.S. Department of Justice, for investigation of potential criminal conduct including obstruction of justice, harassment, fraud, and civil rights violations.
5. This is a final and appealable order.
