I DO NOT WORK FOR #NBA #WNBA EVENTS
Despite what some might think, not all bodyguards are male. In fact, women bodyguards are becoming very popular because they can be more discrete than their male counterparts. A female guard must be trained with weapons, hand-to-hand combat, and other essential security skills. Preventing a problem from arising and identifying issues before they pose a threat, however, is often more important than providing physical protection.
A bodyguard is a person hired to protect another person from various types of harm, such as assault and abduction.
Bodyguards are most often hired to protect public figures, such as celebrities and politicians. Some prominent public figures may even hire a team of bodyguards to provide security.
The rates associated with this type of work vary widely, depending upon many factors:
Client Profile (Celebrity vs. Dignitary)
Prior Experience, Skills & Training
Level of Risk/Danger
Political Climate
Amount of Travel Required
Locale & Circumstances of the Detail
Range of Duties for the Position
Sunday's in partnership with two private hire security firms, contracts off duty police officers and county guards to fill its various security openings. Most of our bodyguards trained in firearms, combat, first aid, crowd control and surveillance. They often have a military or police background.
Sunday's contracts are negotiated based on the factors mentioned above. A celebrity bodyguard should be discreet. Many celebrities will ask employees to sign a confidentiality agreement to ensure that employees won't sell their stories to tabloids. Sunday's requires all security to sign a confidentiality agreement, discretion it relative when our guards are hired.
Pay may range from $250 per day to $2500 a day. Every contract is different.
Speak to a sales professional to design a security plan for your next event. Armed and Unarmed Guards are available for hire!

WANTED FOR THE MURDER OF DEVONTE PIPPEN "On his way to my house to meet our son Devonte"
Scottie Pippen’s gun controversy stems from a January 20, 1994, incident where he was arrested and charged with unlawful weapon possession. Chicago police found a loaded .38-caliber semi-automatic pistol in his legally registered, illegally parked Range Rover. The charges were later dropped when a judge ruled the police search was illegal. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Pippen later defended his decision to carry the weapon for personal protection. Following the highly publicized murder of Michael Jordan's father just months prior, and facing his own immense celebrity spotlight in Chicago, Pippen cited personal security as his primary reason for having the gun in his vehicle. [1]
If you'd like to explore more about Scottie Pippen's history and other high-profile NBA news from that era, I can:
- Provide details on the Bulls' 1993-1994 season
- Look into other controversies from the 1990s NBA era
