What’s up, I’m Terrica Lynn Smith - real estate developer, investor, and a mother who’s building a legacy in real time.

My daughter, Attiya, is 𝟮𝟬 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗹𝗱 and 𝗼𝘄𝗻𝘀 𝟮𝟴 𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿𝘀/𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘀 on her own.
