ONLY MURDERS IN THE BUILDING!!!

WHAT WAS MY ADDRESS WHEN THIS HAPPENED???

Did you know????

(8) Vanessa and (24) Chevy...

Oh yes, the NBA got an extension team...

I've been secretly promising Gary Payton and Shaq I will attend their parties... only if after I'm established they will attend my parties.

I have so much planned, have you ever attended a successful "Chevy Party"???

Ok wait for this, when you attend open bar (4 limit) yes there is a limit, if drunk... nope.

There is always food, I love theme parties events, and you know I will have some kind of show. This is Vegas, imagine a pajama party with a secret guest.

My friends do amazing things for me... if I ask nicely.

Mike Tyson, hey Mike... Mike!!! You know you looking for me!!!

So allow me time to get my thoughts together. I really took a deep dive.

Tell me what you think??? I didn't cry but wondering whose following...

I wonder if Jeff knows my son was shot the day Kobe was scheduled to sign his divorce?? I'm the woman Kobe almost got traded to the Bulls 2008???

I'm the reason why they crashed his plane!!! He was on his way to Chicago to brag he found me in Santa Monica.

Just like here in Vegas I was trying to buy a property at 609 Palisades, and the abandoned restaurant on Chanel/Pacific Coast Highway, the same area that burned down after Scottie was served.

I'm not upset about the NBA expanding to Vegas, using me was the smartest move the Goodman's could do.

You keep forgetting I know many more players than Scottie.

EXCUSE ME there's this really ugly guy named MICHAEL JORDAN you must be confused, not me.

Charles Oakley, Antoine Carr, Kendall Gill, Tim Hardaway, Stacy King, Craig Hodges, Isiah Thomas, Gary Payton, Shaquille O'Neal.

I AM THE PERSON WHO HOSTED PARTIES FOR THE BULLS #DUH

Planning & Development: Where Vision Meets Peace

A Shift in Mindset

Something changed in me recently.

My attitude about investors… shifted.

Not because I don’t believe in partnership—but because I remembered something important:

I know how to build.

So right now, I’m focused on laying my own foundation—brick by brick.

The Moment That Made Me Pause

While going through emails, I came across one I sent on November 4, 2025.

Subject line: Jeff Stibel.

Attached was a recipe I had been working on… along with his contact information.

I froze.

Not out of fear—but out of realization.

How things connect.
How moments line up.
How life sometimes feels bigger than what we can explain.

And instead of letting my mind spiral…

I chose peace.

Protecting My Energy

I’ve learned something:

Not everyone watching you is supporting you.

Some people misunderstand.
Some people compare.
Some people watch just to laugh.

But I’m not here to live in anyone else’s shadow.

I’m building something that reflects me.

And I’m not worried about success—because my plan is already aligned with something bigger.

BUSY PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT!!!

There’s something sacred about the kitchen.

Not just for cooking but for thinking, planning, and praying.

Lately, this has been my place.
The place where I turn on Do Not Disturb, shut out the noise, and get real with myself and GOD.

Starting With the Foundation

I’ve made a decision.

I’m starting with a commercial kitchen.

From there, I’ll expand into a food truck, building step by step intentionally, strategically.

Because this time, I’m not rushing anything.

I’ve been deep in it:

  • Building out my website (80% done 🙌🏾)
  • Establishing business accounts
  • Searching for loans and grants
  • Mapping out every move before I make it

This is planning and development season and I’m honoring it.

The Bigger Vision: Sunday’s Bed & Breakfast

If you’ve ever seen the property I originally selected…

You understand the vision.

27,000 square feet.
21 bedrooms.
19 bathrooms.
A full experience space—including a nightclub setup.

A place where:

  • Hospitality meets entertainment
  • Business meets lifestyle
  • Every brand under C.A.V. Enterprises can live in one ecosystem

If the funding aligns that’s the destination.

If not?

We pivot.

Commercial kitchen. Food truck. Expansion.

Because either way…

The vision is still alive.

Chevy Parties: A Glimpse Into the Future

Let me tell you something…

If you’ve never been to a Chevy Party, you’re missing out.

  • Open bar (yes with limits 😉)
  • Good food always
  • Theme-based experiences
  • Entertainment you didn’t see coming

This is Vegas.

Imagine: A pajama party… with a secret guest

That’s the kind of energy I bring.

Taking Time to Reset

Right now, I’m on a leave of absence.

And instead of letting that break me…

I’m using this time to reset, refocus, and rebuild.

No distractions.
No pressure.
Just clarity.

Final Thoughts

I didn’t cry.

I didn’t break.

I just… went deeper.

Into my thoughts.
Into my plans.
Into my purpose.

And today?

It’s beautiful outside.

I’m enjoying my day.

And I’m still building.

What Do You Think?

This is just the beginning.

I’ll be sharing more:

  • Lessons
  • Business strategies
  • Real-life experiences

Because I believe in giving even while I’m growing.

GOD loves a cheerful giver.

And me?

I’m just getting started.

GREAT JOB ATLANTA!!! BOBBY... I AM PROUD OF YOU

HOW TO APPLY FOR NACA HOMEOWNER PROGRAM

NACA program application process

To apply for the NACA program, follow these steps:

- Step 1: Attend a Homeownership Workshop: Learn about homeownership and the NACA program in detail. Workshops are held multiple times a month in different cities, typically every other Saturday from 9am to 1pm local time. You can also attend virtually if you can't drive to a NACA office.

- Step 2: Meet with a Housing Counselor: Review your income, debts, and savings with a counselor to gauge your financial readiness for homeownership. They'll determine how much you can afford to spend on a house and provide guidance on becoming NACA-qualified.

- Step 3: Attend a Purchase Workshop: Learn more about the home buying process and work with an in-house real estate agent to find a home within your budget. These workshops are usually held every Thursday from 6 to 7:30 pm local time.

- Step 4: Request a Qualification Letter: Once you've found a house, contact your housing counselor to request a qualification letter, which proves you're qualified to buy the home. Include this letter with your purchase offer.

- Step 5: Home Inspection: A NACA-approved home inspector and pest control company will inspect the property to ensure it's in good condition. Any issues must be fixed before closing.

- Step 6: Meet with a Mortgage Consultant: Finalize your application with a NACA-approved lender, who will confirm your financial situation and process your loan.

- Step 7: Receive Post-Purchase Assistance: Take advantage of NACA's Membership Assistance Program (MAP) for ongoing support, including financial guidance and hardship relief.

Some key benefits of the NACA program include ¹ ²:
- No Down Payment: Start your home purchase without saving thousands upfront.
- No Closing Costs: NACA covers fees typically paid out of pocket.
- No Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI): Avoid extra monthly charges.
- Below-Market Interest Rates: Loans are more affordable, and you can even buy down the rate.
- Comprehensive Counseling: Support from a NACA counselor helps prepare your finances for homeownership.

To get started, visit NACA's website to register for a workshop or find more information.
