THANK YOU, TRUMP
FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE FOR ME
SINCE OUR LAST VISIT!
My Las Vegas Journey: Business, Milestones, 2801 Pinto Lane, New Beginnings & Learning to Enjoy Life
October 14, 2026 | Las Vegas, Nevada
By Chyvette A. Valentine — Chevy ❤️
President Trump, THANK YOU!
Since our last visit, my life has continued to evolve in ways that have challenged me, strengthened me, and pushed me to reconsider what my next chapter should look like. I have experienced setbacks, celebrated milestones, worked on my businesses, pursued new opportunities, and started making more room for something I have needed for a long time: ENJOYING MY LIFE!
I have a lot to share: my entrepreneurial journey, my growing international readership, my 58th birthday celebration, my vision for C.A.V. Enterprises LLC, and the real estate dream that brought me to Las Vegas in the first place.
Now, let me be clear. This is my personal reflection on the experiences, timing, public conversations, and opportunities that have shaped this chapter of my life. I am not suggesting that every development happened because of any one individual. I am sharing my journey as I have experienced it.
Vegas, I am finally learning how to enjoy you!
And for those who have followed my journey, you know there is always more to the story.
Secret: "You are going to be a great, great, great grandfather for Debbie"
CHAPTER 1: THE TIMELINE — LOOK HOW FAR I HAVE COME!
March 2026: The Birth of C.A.V. Enterprises LLC
March 15, 2026, marked the beginning of an important chapter in my entrepreneurial journey.
I established C.A.V. Enterprises LLC with a vision that extended beyond one business. My goal was to create a business umbrella that could support multiple ventures, provide services, create opportunities, and eventually establish a legacy.
I was not simply interested in starting a business. I wanted to build an ENTERPRISE!
My vision included professional document services, transportation, food and catering, entertainment, and travel. I wanted to create opportunities for myself while developing businesses that could eventually serve other people.
But starting a business is one thing. Funding it, completing training, obtaining the required credentials, marketing services, and attracting customers are entirely different challenges.
I have been learning those lessons firsthand.
February–April 2026: Workplace Challenges and Protecting My Rights
This period was also marked by significant employment and personal challenges.
I experienced difficulties during my employment with LegalZoom, including concerns about workplace treatment, disability accommodation, medical leave, and the circumstances surrounding my termination.
I documented my concerns, pursued the appropriate channels, and continued through the EEOC process. I subsequently received my Notice of Right to Sue dated August 11, 2026.
I am seeking qualified legal counsel to evaluate my potential claims and advise me about my options.
These experiences have reminded me that building a business while navigating professional and personal difficulties requires patience, documentation, discipline, and careful decision-making.
My circumstances have not stopped me from thinking about my future.
May–June 2026: Expanding the Business Vision
As spring turned into summer, I continued developing the services and brands under C.A.V. Enterprises LLC.
My business vision included:
C.A.V.E. Notary, Apostille & Document Services — professional notarial and document-related services.
Sunday's Soul Food & Catering — bringing soul food, catering, and hospitality together.
Heart 2 Heart Transportation — a transportation venture.
Steals & Deals Travel — travel planning and vacation opportunities.
Sunday's Sunshine Lemonade & Fresh Pressed Juices — a pop-up beverage concept.
Want Your Body Productions and Front Row Tickets & Concerts — entertainment-related ventures.
Each concept represents an opportunity. However, I have also learned that a business plan must be supported by adequate funding, operational readiness, compliance, and a realistic launch schedule.
I have had to adjust timelines, reconsider expenses, and prioritize which ventures can move forward first.
That is not failure. THAT IS BUSINESS!
July–September 2026: Building, Learning, and Preparing to Launch
During the summer, I continued working toward establishing my professional document services in Nevada.
I pursued training and preparation related to mobile notary services, apostille assistance, loan signing, and remote online notarization.
On September 24, 2026, I received my remote online notary digital seal, marking an important milestone in my preparation.
I also invested time in developing branding, promotional materials, website content, service descriptions, pricing structures, and customer-facing business documents.
People see the logo, website, flyer, and announcement. They do not always see the research, planning, expenses, training, paperwork, and revisions that come first.
I am learning to appreciate every step of the process.
October 2–9, 2026: CHEVY TURNS 58!
Now, let's talk about something that deserves its own chapter!
MY BIRTHDAY WEEKEND!
I celebrated turning 58 in Las Vegas, and I made a conscious decision to enjoy some of what this city has to offer.
My birthday experiences included Circa Stadium Swim, STK Steakhouse, the entertainment scene around Hakkasan, and a birthday dining experience at the Palms A.Y.C.E. buffet.
For years, so much of my attention has been directed toward surviving difficult circumstances, resolving problems, pursuing opportunities, and trying to get businesses off the ground.
But what happens when we finally give ourselves permission to enjoy the life we are working so hard to build?
We make memories!
We try new experiences!
We celebrate another year!
We remember that life is about more than work, conflict, and responsibilities.
I am beginning to appreciate that distinction. I am not saying every problem has disappeared. I am saying that I am making room for happiness while I continue working through the challenges.
AND THAT IS PROGRESS!
CHAPTER 2: THE DREAM THAT BROUGHT ME TO LAS VEGAS — 2801 PINTO LANE
I Relocated to Vegas With a Vision!
Let me tell you something about Las Vegas that many people may not know.
I relocated to Las Vegas with hopes and ambitions of purchasing a very special property: 2801 Pinto Lane, Las Vegas, Nevada, a property described as having 21 bedrooms and 19 bathrooms in the heart of the Las Vegas Historic District.
This was not just another real estate listing to me. I envisioned the possibilities, the history, the architecture, and the opportunity to create something extraordinary.
Unfortunately, I GOT PRICED OUT!
I cannot lie. MY HEART IS SET IN STONE ON THAT LOCATION!
There are so many reasons why I remain emotionally attached to this particular property. Sometimes you see a building and appreciate its features. Other times, you see a property and immediately begin imagining everything it could become.
For me, 2801 Pinto Lane represented more than a real estate purchase. It represented a vision of entrepreneurship, hospitality, entertainment, and legacy.
A Las Vegas Gem in the Historic District
The property's description captured my imagination because of its extraordinary scale and distinctive features.
Described as a fully contained compound on approximately 1.14 acres of park-like grounds, the property includes a main residence, three auxiliary buildings, an underground nightclub and restaurant, and an array of spaces that seem to offer remarkable possibilities.
The main residence was described as featuring:
Exposed trusses and coffered ceilings.
Extensive tilework, skylights, and custom ironwork.
Four fireplaces.
An enormous gourmet kitchen with professional appliances, custom cabinetry, and granite countertops.
A personal wine room and cellar.
A multilevel game room complete with a bar.
And that is only the beginning!
The compound also features separate guest homes, recreational and flexible-use spaces, and additional game rooms.
But the feature that really captured my imagination was underground: a private nightclub and restaurant, with additional room for a personal music studio.
YES, YOU READ THAT CORRECTLY!
A private entertainment space, restaurant concept, guest accommodations, and room to explore hospitality and creative ventures—all within one distinctive property.
The exterior was described as featuring fresh paint, manicured landscaping, seating areas, an outdoor kitchen, and a sparkling swimming pool and spa.
The listing's message was simple: You won't find another property like this.
And that is precisely why I became so attached to it.
What I Imagined for 2801 Pinto Lane
When I looked at this property, I did not see only bedrooms, bathrooms, and acreage.
I SAW POSSIBILITIES!
I could envision exploring how a property of this scale might support hospitality, private events, culinary experiences, entertainment, and other business concepts under the broader vision of C.A.V. Enterprises LLC.
Sunday's Bed & Breakfast Resort
Imagine the possibilities of combining hospitality, food, entertainment, and creative business ventures in one location.
I could envision a place where business and creativity intersected, where different concepts could potentially operate under one broader vision, subject to zoning, permitting, licensing, financing, and all other applicable requirements.
My vision was ambitious, but ambition is often where a dream begins.
I was thinking beyond today. I was thinking about what I could build, how I could grow, and what kind of legacy I might eventually leave behind.
The Reality: I Got Priced Out
As much as I wanted this property, desire alone does not close a real estate transaction.
Financing, purchase price, operating expenses, due diligence, and the practical requirements of acquiring a property of this magnitude all matter.
The reality is that I got priced out.
I am not going to pretend that did not disappoint me. When you become emotionally invested in a vision, having to step back can be difficult.
But I am also learning that being unable to purchase something at a particular moment does not mean the vision has to disappear.
Sometimes the goal has to be delayed. Sometimes the financial strategy needs to change. Sometimes we have to build the foundation first and revisit the larger dream when circumstances allow.
And sometimes a property can remain the inspiration while we work toward the resources necessary to pursue an opportunity of that scale.
I MAY HAVE BEEN PRICED OUT OF THE PROPERTY, BUT I HAVE NOT ABANDONED MY AMBITION TO BUILD SOMETHING SIGNIFICANT IN LAS VEGAS.
Why My Heart Is Still Set on This Location
There is something about 2801 Pinto Lane that continues to capture my imagination.
It is the combination of the historic setting, the scale of the compound, the architectural character, and the potential for hospitality and entertainment.
I understand that a vision of this size requires more than enthusiasm. It requires capital, a sustainable business plan, professional guidance, thorough due diligence, and a realistic assessment of what the property can legally and financially support.
Those are realities I must respect.
Still, I cannot deny that this location remains special to me.
I relocated to Las Vegas with hopes and ambitions, and this property became one of the clearest representations of what I wanted my future here to look like.
Whether I ultimately acquire this particular property or pursue a different opportunity, I want to keep that entrepreneurial vision alive.
2801 PINTO LANE, YOU STILL HAVE A PIECE OF MY HEART!
For now, I will keep working, learning, building, and preparing for the opportunities ahead.
Because sometimes the dream starts with a property, but the real journey is becoming the person who is prepared to pursue it.

CHAPTER 3: THANK YOU, TRUMP — MY PERSONAL REFLECTION
President Trump, I have followed your public activities and continued expressing my own thoughts about the political and public events that capture my attention.
Since our last visit, I have continued reflecting on my experiences, my business ambitions, my public voice, and the direction I want my life to take.
Your presence in Las Vegas has been a point of interest for me, and I have continued documenting my observations and reactions on my blog.
I have also been paying attention to the way public attention, social media, and personal branding can influence conversations.
My own blog has grown into an international platform. I have reported readership spanning more than 200 countries and territories, with content translated into more than 50 languages. In October, I celebrated reaching approximately 446,000 readers.
THAT IS A MILESTONE WORTH CELEBRATING!
I appreciate everyone who takes the time to read, share, discuss, and engage with my content.
I cannot attribute every development in my life or my readership to any particular person or event. What I can say is that I have continued to write, create, document my experiences, and pursue my goals.
So, President Trump, thank you for being part of the public conversation that has inspired my reflections during this chapter of my life.
As for me, I intend to keep building, learning, creating, and moving forward.
CHAPTER 4: C.A.V. ENTERPRISES LLC — BUSINESS HIGHLIGHTS
My entrepreneurial vision remains one of the most important parts of my next chapter.
Here are some of the milestones I have been working toward.
1. Establishing the Business Foundation
C.A.V. Enterprises LLC serves as the umbrella for my business concepts. My long-term vision is to develop sustainable ventures that can eventually operate as coordinated businesses rather than disconnected ideas.
2. Developing C.A.V.E. Notary, Apostille & Document Services
I have invested time in training, branding, service development, and preparation for mobile and remote online notary services, apostille assistance, and loan signing-related work.
My priority is to complete all outstanding registration, platform, and operational requirements before expanding the services I offer.
3. Developing Food and Beverage Concepts
Sunday's Soul Food & Catering and Sunday's Sunshine Lemonade & Fresh Pressed Juices represent my interest in food, hospitality, and event-based business.
From soul food menus to fresh juices and lemonade, I have continued developing ideas for products, pricing, promotional materials, and potential vendor opportunities.
4. Preparing Steals & Deals Travel
My travel concept is another part of the long-term plan. I have been exploring ideas for a 2027 launch featuring international destinations, all-inclusive experiences, and singles-only vacations.
The goal is to develop a clear offering, identify suitable partners, and build a realistic launch plan.
I am ready to travel and have some fun!!! #Europe #Carribean #Asia
5. Continuing Professional Development
I have also continued considering employment and training opportunities while managing my business projects and educational commitments.
Sometimes the smartest business decision is to secure dependable income while building a company at a manageable pace.
I am learning to approach my goals with that balance in mind.
6. Keeping the Larger Vision Alive
The dream of 2801 Pinto Lane reminds me why I started thinking beyond a single business.
My long-term vision includes opportunities in hospitality, food, entertainment, travel, and other ventures that could complement one another.
I understand that I must build in stages. My immediate focus is on strengthening the business foundation, generating sustainable income, and preparing for larger opportunities when the finances and circumstances make sense.
The vision remains ambitious. The execution must be practical.
CHAPTER 5: MY NEXT THREE MONTHS — OCTOBER 2026 THROUGH JANUARY 2027
The next 90 days are about focus, execution, and measurable progress.
I cannot launch every idea simultaneously, and I do not need to. I need to determine which steps will produce the strongest foundation for everything that follows.
OCTOBER 2026: ORGANIZE AND PRIORITIZE
My immediate priorities are:
Review outstanding requirements for C.A.V.E. Notary, Apostille & Document Services.
Confirm the status of remote online notary platform registrations and operational readiness.
Organize business records, expenses, pricing, and service descriptions.
Finalize professional marketing materials and customer inquiry procedures.
Review employment and training opportunities that fit my schedule.
Establish a realistic weekly schedule for business development, homework, and personal time.
Research real estate opportunities and financial requirements without overextending my resources.
Continue enjoying Las Vegas without losing sight of my responsibilities.
October's objective: Establish a clear, manageable plan for moving the business forward.
NOVEMBER 2026: BUILD CONSISTENCY
My November priorities are to:
Complete outstanding business registration and platform requirements as applicable.
Begin or expand authorized document-service operations as readiness permits.
Strengthen local networking and professional relationships.
Develop a consistent marketing schedule for my services.
Evaluate suitable vendor opportunities for my food and beverage concepts.
Track business expenses, inquiries, conversions, and revenue.
Continue pursuing appropriate employment or training opportunities.
Begin organizing a longer-term financial strategy for future business and real estate opportunities.
November's objective: Turn preparation into consistent business activity and begin measuring results.
DECEMBER 2026: REVIEW, REFINE, AND PREPARE FOR 2027
As the year comes to a close, I want to:
Review business performance and determine which services show the most promise.
Evaluate revenue, expenses, and funding needs.
Refine marketing based on customer interest and results.
Develop a practical launch checklist for Steals & Deals Travel.
Continue planning future catering and beverage opportunities.
Establish priorities and a budget for the first quarter of 2027.
Make time for rest, reflection, family, friends, and personal enjoyment.
Reassess long-term real estate goals, including what it would take to pursue a property like 2801 Pinto Lane responsibly.
December's objective: Finish the year with a clear understanding of what is working and a practical plan for the next stage.
JANUARY 2027: EXECUTE THE NEXT CHAPTER
January will be the beginning of another year of opportunity.
My goal is to enter 2027 with a stronger business foundation, a more organized schedule, clearer financial priorities, and a focused plan for expanding the ventures that are ready.
I want to make decisions based on evidence, available resources, customer demand, and long-term sustainability.
I am not measuring success by how many ideas I can announce. I am measuring it by how many I can responsibly develop into functioning businesses.
The dream is still alive, but I am learning to build the foundation before attempting to build the entire empire.
CHAPTER 6: I AM STARTING TO ENJOY LIFE IN VEGAS!
Let me tell you something: Las Vegas is more than a place to work, pay bills, and chase opportunities.
There are restaurants to explore, shows to experience, entertainment to enjoy, beautiful places to visit, and memories to make.
My birthday weekend reminded me that I can enjoy some of these experiences while still being serious about my future.
I can appreciate a great dining experience and return to my business plans the next morning.
I can watch a horror-movie marathon, cook a good meal, complete my homework, and then get back to work.
I can celebrate reaching another milestone without pretending that every challenge has been resolved.
And yes, sometimes I need to go OFFLINE!
My birthday weekend has ended, and I am returning to my regular routine of streaming horror movies, cooking, completing homework, and managing business responsibilities.
The menu includes jerk wings, beans and rice, greens, and cornbread. The entertainment includes my favorite horror movies. The agenda includes my education, my businesses, and the next steps toward building the life I envision.
That is balance!
I am learning that enjoying life does not mean abandoning ambition. It means creating a life in which ambition and enjoyment can coexist.
I can dream about owning a remarkable property while appreciating the home I have today.
I can pursue business opportunities while enjoying a birthday dinner.
I can work toward financial goals without postponing every moment of happiness until I reach them.
I am learning to live in the present while preparing for the future.
LAS VEGAS, I AM STARTING TO ENJOY YOU!
CHAPTER 7: WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE TO ME NOW
Success is no longer just about reaching a particular financial milestone or proving a point to someone else.
Success means building something sustainable.
It means learning when to push forward and when to reassess.
It means protecting my time, making informed decisions, and being intentional about the people and opportunities I allow into my life.
It means continuing to develop my skills, pursuing my education, and giving my business ventures a fair opportunity to succeed.
It means understanding that a setback does not have to become the defining chapter of my story.
Getting priced out of 2801 Pinto Lane was disappointing, but it also reminded me that major goals require planning, financing, patience, and preparation.
I have more to learn. I have more work to do. I have businesses to develop and goals to accomplish.
But I also have experiences to enjoy and a life to live along the way.
I am choosing to make room for both.
MY FINAL THOUGHTS: THANK YOU FOR FOLLOWING MY JOURNEY
President Trump, thank you for being part of the public conversation that has inspired some of my reflections during this period of my life.
To my readers around the world, thank you for continuing to follow my blog, engage with my posts, and witness this journey.
To everyone watching C.A.V. Enterprises LLC develop, I invite you to follow the progress as I move from planning to execution, from preparation to operation, and from ideas to measurable results.
And to the dream I have attached to 2801 Pinto Lane: I have not forgotten you. I simply understand that the path to a major real estate acquisition must be supported by financial readiness, a sustainable business model, and careful planning.
Whether that particular property becomes part of my future or inspires me to pursue another opportunity, I intend to keep building toward something meaningful.
My next three months will be about strengthening my business foundation, creating opportunities, organizing my finances, and enjoying the life I am working so hard to establish in Las Vegas.
I am not claiming to have everything figured out.
I am simply saying that I am still here, still learning, still building, still creating, and still moving forward.
CHEVY IS 58, AND THIS CHAPTER IS ABOUT MORE THAN SURVIVAL. IT IS ABOUT BUILDING, LIVING, LEARNING, AND ENJOYING THE JOURNEY!
Las Vegas, I am settling in.
C.A.V. Enterprises, we have work to do.
2801 Pinto Lane, you still have a piece of my heart.
And 2027? I AM PREPARING FOR YOU!
With gratitude, determination, and a renewed commitment to my future,
Chyvette A. Valentine
