RE: FINAL SETTLEMENT DEMAND – Defamation, Retaliation, Emotional Distress, Economic Damages
To Whom It May Concern,
Please take notice that on today, November 24, 2025, I received a settlement offer from Hilton Grand Vacations in the amount of $10,000. My original settlement demand was $10,000 plus reimbursement of all medical expenses incurred as a result of this incident.
Since the November 10, 2025 incident involving Pleshette Robinson, a chain of events has occurred that has caused severe emotional distress, public humiliation, and reputational harm. Ms. Robinson’s communications allegedly included defamatory remarks about me, and references to Denise Edghill and Congressman Danny K. Davis, which were shared with third parties.
This has escalated into what I believe to be slander and defamation, including false statements concerning my health status, including a claim that I am HIV positive. These statements were allegedly distributed through text messages and discussed publicly, including at Operation PUSH and New Birth Missionary Baptist Church, where the message “The Woman With The Issue of Blood” was allegedly connected to the defamatory statements made about me.
Ms. Robinson has also falsely accused me of stalking while simultaneously producing a video that was not publicly available, which supports my belief that she has in fact been monitoring and targeting me with malicious intent, potentially to cause harm.
In addition, Denise Edghill has openly advocated on behalf of Ms. Robinson, further contributing to the spread and validation of these alleged falsehoods.
Due to the serious and escalating nature of this matter, including reputational damage, emotional trauma, and loss of income, I am now preparing to retain legal counsel to pursue damages in the amount of $250,000. My anticipated annual income was projected at $120,000, which has been negatively impacted as a result of these actions.
After extending a settlement offer of $10,000, that offer was subsequently recalled by Hilton Grand Vacations.
Accordingly, this letter serves as your final opportunity to resolve this matter outside of litigation.
I am now offering one final opportunity to settle this matter in the amount of $50,000, under mutually agreeable terms, including a confidentiality agreement, provided that the settlement is reached within three (3) business days of this notice.
You have until Friday, November 28, 2025, to provide written confirmation of your intent to resolve this matter based on the terms stated herein.
If I do not receive a response by that date, I will move forward with retaining counsel and pursuing the full $250,000 in damages, as well as any additional claims available to me under state and federal law.
I sincerely believe Ms. Robinson’s intent was to cause me harm, and Hilton Grand Vacations’ handling of this matter has compounded the damage.
This is my final attempt to resolve this matter amicably.
