A Heart Shattered: Witnessing the Devastation of California Fires
As I watch the news unfold, images of the California fires fill my screen, and a wave of emotions washes over me. Despair, anger, and a profound sense of loss grip my heart. These aren't just news stories; these are communities I once served, now reduced to ashes.
The scenes are devastating – homes turned to rubble, lives uprooted, and the faces of those who have lost everything etched with grief. It's a stark reminder of the fragility of life and the immense power of nature.
Words seem inadequate to capture the magnitude of this tragedy.
How can I possibly express the fear that must have gripped residents as the flames approached?
The desperation of those fleeing with nothing but the clothes on their backs? The anguish of those who have lost loved ones?
These fires are more than just a natural disaster. They are a collective trauma, a blow to the very fabric of these communities. The scars will undoubtedly linger long after the flames are extinguished.
My heart aches for those who have lost everything. For the first responders who bravely battle the flames. For the volunteers who work tirelessly to provide aid and comfort.
In the face of such devastation, it's easy to feel helpless. But we must not despair. We must come together as a community, as a nation, to support those in need. We must rebuild, stronger and more resilient than before.
This tragedy serves as a stark reminder of the importance of environmental stewardship and the urgent need to address climate change. We must learn from these devastating events and work towards a future where such widespread destruction is a thing of the past.

When I explain my ambitious goals to visit the Vatican, people laugh at me. But I assure you that your confirmation intercession is all I need. I thank all of you for your prayers.
I know if man won't understand, there are angels that cover me in prayer with you. Thank you all, you have clarification, and understanding.
Ok, I'm hearing KOOL & THE GANG, but my mind is seeing Chris Brown, personalized message... are you on tour with him again??? That totally explains the "rain" when I visited him in Atlanta... if you did not attend... it poured with on the lawn (21).
Thank you Holy Father, now you know i don't doubt when a miracle happens... Chicago turned black the day after Trump was shot at... not sure why they test so much but...
I'm certain you've collected enough to cover my cost.
You make me feel like dancing...
I can taste the pasta, with blessed wine 🍷 too. Ain't no party like a Jesus party. Amen

Reflections on Life, Love, and the "Four Colored Girls" Metaphor
Hey Janet, I’m working hard today—no time for any distractions, not even a quick chat. For those of you following along, I'm still writing in my journal. And as I flip through these pages, I can’t help but reflect on the deep metaphors woven throughout my life, especially when I look at Four Colored Girls. It's more than just a story—it's a mirror, one that shows the layers of my experiences.
Looking back, I see the prayers I wrote when I was stalked by a toxic ex-boyfriend. A man who just wouldn’t let go. And while he may have been persistent, he didn’t get the better of me. Thankfully, the only lasting bond was one child—his. But the confusion, the twists of fate, get deeper when Mustapha goes missing at the NBA All-Star Weekend in Phoenix. A wild story, right? But don’t get it twisted—this isn’t about any issues with Muslims. I respect everyone’s faith, but the Nation of Islam? They’re not the true representation of what Islam is meant to be.
Now, the Prince of Saudi Arabia—now a King—there's a different story altogether. And yes, there's a truth you might never get to witness. But honestly, some things you just can’t handle. It’s crazy, isn’t it? From Poetic Justice to now, through all the ups and downs, I’ve stayed true to that “Black Cat” spirit you've all been singing about.
Speaking of missing people... Todd Bridges. Where are you? I miss you, but I guess your husband is hanging out with Scottie. We both know what happened the last time we were all supposed to meet in Vegas. But hey, that's just life.
Just last week, I was sparring with Alex and Neshell, still trying to figure out how Neshell even made it to Lisa's wedding. Then, of course, Daphne's drama with her endless appetite for chaos. You know, I can't help but think of Good Times when all this chaos unfolds. Remember the intro? What was my name in that show? Diane’s struggles, her pain—they're not new to anyone who's been paying attention.
And speaking of family, how’s your mom doing, Janet? I know you're hurting after losing Tito. Marlon, I have no words—I'm at a loss for what to say.
And who could forget when I raised Randy from the dead? Man, Brian Jackson and I laugh about it all the time, remembering that time during the Victory Tour in Chicago. I was front row every night, even though my boss cut me at stage start. Night 2? Randy’s shirt. Night 3? Michael’s hat. I still use those tokens to find them both when I need a reminder.
My first major security role? We Are The World. And yeah, this story goes way back to Trump and A Different World. You know that song—Chris or Dre, whichever one you think about. But yes, it all comes back around.
I know you've been waiting for me to speak all day. But before I go any further, I won’t say much more until I see the baby. You know the deal, despite everything with Scottie. But your husband? He knows I’m real.
