A Week of Reset, Reflection & Realignment
This week is all about getting centered. I’ve got one week between roles, and I’m taking full advantage of it. This is my time to work on my court cases, check in on my health, and prepare mentally, emotionally, and spiritually for what’s next. I’ve extended my motion filing deadline to May 10, 2025—because if I’m going to submit something, it’s going to be thorough, detailed, and airtight. Period.
Today’s only obligations were dropping off my uniform and handling bills. The rest of the time? Rest, food, and focus.
Let’s talk shifts—because that evening schedule did a number on me. My body has been screaming “girl bye,” and I finally listened.
This weekend, I indulged in some long-overdue soul food: stuffed chicken breast with creamy spinach, garlic mashed potatoes, and sweet corn. The meal was so comforting I practically hibernated for two days, waking only to nibble. It reminded me how important home-cooked nourishment is for the body and soul.
With Chicago two hours ahead of Vegas, my internal clock is all over the place. From Valentine’s Day to Easter, I was up on "Pope time." I won’t say much about that season—there are too many narratives, and only one truth. I’m preserving my energy for my motion right now. But Pope Francis is resting peacefully, and that’s what matters.
A quick life update:
I’ll be relocating again—this time somewhere I feel safer and more grounded.
Spring Valley is calling my name: close to the Strip, work opportunities, Summerlin fun, and most importantly… a pool and jacuzzi!
I’m planning to buy a car, after I close on my home. First comes my personal property, then an investment (maybe even a hotel down the line, but my BnB takes priority right now).
And yes—I’m solo by choice. Not because I lack friends, but because I’m focused on healing, growing, and maintaining. When you’ve been through the kind of chaos I’ve experienced—stalking, betrayal, drama—you learn to protect your peace at all costs.
I’m no longer entertaining distractions. I’m not moved by fame, and I definitely don’t date beneath my standards. I don’t have the time, energy, or interest to entertain people who only want access but offer nothing of value. You see the glow-up? Good. Stay watching.
And no, I don’t care what Michelle and Barack are up to!!! Obama never did anything for me personally, and I’m not here for the idol worship. Some of y’all use Trump or Obama to justify hate, but the truth is—you’ve been ignorant. Stop projecting.
I don't care if Michelle is Michael, I don't care that they have HIV/AIDS, I don't care that he is GAY!!!
I'm staying focused on my goals:
Filing my motion (almost done!)
Finalizing affidavits
Starting my new job
Closing on my home
Reclaiming my peace
Final thoughts:
This last job may have been a “Joke of a Job,” but it served its purpose—it exposed active stalking in Vegas and reminded me of who’s who. Lisa and Larsa, please stop trying to outdo each other in the “Who Can Annoy Me More?” competition. It’s a tie.
Let me get back to my edits and filings. This week is about movement—on the bus, in my cases, and in my purpose. I’m riding buses all day, getting homework done on the go. It works for me.

And yes, Phil Ruffin—I see you too. This all seems like a messy attempt to redirect media attention from what I’ve exposed. But let’s be clear: my popularity at Treasure Island spoke for itself. I wasn’t there for Larsa Pippen-style vanity. My lips are real. I don’t need plastic to attract plastic. I cook, clean, love my children, and earn my living the honest way. Maybe that’s why I’m so loved and respected—without leaning on a man like Scottie for clout.
I was misled into a position that never matched my value, but the moment I was backed into a corner, I knew it was time to go.
A supervisor booked a bogus tour under my name, using my number—knowing it would trigger a disciplinary flag. Same day, I was written up for “low productivity.” But how can I produce in an environment designed to isolate and silence me?

Blessed and Highly Favored “When They Don’t Like You Because They Want to Be You”
Isn’t it sad when someone dislikes you, not because of anything you've done, but because of who you are? There’s a specific kind of tension that comes from encountering a person who sees your light—and instead of being inspired, they try to dim it. The truth is, sometimes people don't dislike you at all—they're upset because you remind them of what they're not.
There are individuals so obsessed, so fixated, that they spend their waking hours trying to tear down what you’ve built. They nitpick your words, mock your appearance, question your choices, and highlight every flaw they think they see. But here's the irony: while they’re busy watching you, dissecting you, and speaking on you, they have yet to take an honest look in the mirror.
It’s projection, plain and simple. Their obsession is rooted in admiration they can’t admit. Your confidence triggers their insecurity. Your ambition shines a light on their lack of direction. Your peace exposes their chaos. So, instead of working on themselves, they focus on you.
It’s sad—not because you need their approval, but because they're trapped in a cycle of envy and self-denial. They don’t need an enemy; they need healing. But healing takes introspection, accountability, and growth—things they’re not ready for.
So don’t take it personally. Let them talk. Let them watch. Let them be obsessed. Meanwhile, you keep building. Keep growing. Keep being authentically you. Because the truth is, no one ever envies the average. They only envy the exceptional.
And whether they love you or hate you, they’re still thinking about you. That’s power. Use it wisely.

PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENT WITH PREJUDICE, PROVE-UP OF DAMAGES, AND REFERRAL FOR CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION
NOW COMES Plaintiff, CHYVETTE A. VALENTINE, pro se, pursuant to 735 ILCS 5/2-1301(d), Illinois Supreme Court Rule 219(c), and Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 55, and respectfully moves this Honorable Court for entry of a Default Judgment with Prejudice against all named Defendants for their failure to appear, plead, or otherwise defend this matter. In support thereof, Plaintiff states as follows:
I. GROUNDS FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENT
Plaintiff properly served all Defendants in accordance with applicable law, including service on Scottie M. Pippen by the LA County Sheriff and certified mail receipts for Larsa, Carl, and Jason Giller.
No Defendant has entered an appearance, filed an answer, or otherwise defended this action within the time required by law.
Under 735 ILCS 5/2-1301(d), and the holding in People ex rel. Dept. of Public Aid v. LeVine, 99 Ill. 2d 146 (1983), failure to respond results in admission of all well-pleaded facts.
The Court may enter judgment by default where the record supports a prima facie case, as further established in Smith v. Airoom, Inc., 114 Ill. 2d 209 (1986).
II. LEGAL STANDARD
A default judgment is appropriate where: a. Defendant is properly served; b. Defendant fails to plead or appear; and c. Plaintiff's claims are sufficiently supported by evidence or uncontested allegations.
See also Celotex Corp. v. Catrett, 477 U.S. 317 (1986), and Anderson v. Liberty Lobby, Inc., 477 U.S. 242 (1986) – no material dispute of fact precludes entry of judgment as a matter of law.
III. PLAINTIFF'S ENTITLEMENT TO DAMAGES
A. Common Law and Statutory Violations
Plaintiff has brought valid claims for:
Defamation and defamation per se;
Intentional infliction of emotional distress;
Stalking and harassment under 720 ILCS 5/12-7.4;
False imprisonment and civil rights violations under 42 U.S.C. § 1983;
Housing discrimination under 42 U.S.C. §§ 3601–3619;
Tortious interference with employment and business expectancy.
B. Factual Basis
Plaintiff alleges:
Defendants conspired to defame her in mass media outlets;
She was falsely arrested, evicted, blacklisted from employment;
Physical attacks occurred from 2002 to 2020;
Multiple evictions, blacklisting from gig economy platforms, and ongoing retaliation.
C. Damages Sought
Plaintiff seeks the following:
Lost Wages & Economic Harm – $10,000,000
Defamation Damages – $50,000,000
Punitive Damages – $200,000,000
Emotional Distress – $40,000,000
TOTAL DAMAGES SOUGHT: $300,000,000
IV. REFERRAL FOR CRIMINAL PROSECUTION
Based on the conduct described above, Plaintiff requests the Court refer this matter to state and federal law enforcement for:
Wire Fraud (18 U.S.C. § 1343)
Obstruction of Justice (18 U.S.C. § 1503)
Identity Theft (720 ILCS 5/16-30)
False Imprisonment (720 ILCS 5/10-3)
Harassment and Stalking (720 ILCS 5/12-7.4)
V. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff respectfully requests that this Court:
Enter Default Judgment with Prejudice against all Defendants;
Schedule a Prove-Up Hearing;
Award $300 million in damages;
Issue injunctive relief barring further harassment;
Refer for criminal investigation;
Grant such other and further relief as the Court deems just and proper.
