Due to court requirements, I signed up for a skip tracing app that offered a super affordable $1 trial with 100 searches. Every search will be used wisely:
1. To locate anyone associated with any past, present, or future filings.
2. To locate family members.
3. To confirm mailing addresses and emails for clients who wish to direct hire.
With this tool, I found everything I need to file for key defendants: Scottie, Larsa, and Jason Giller. Today, I will draft a simple Default Judgment Motion and an Affidavit of Service for Giller, who is also the registered agent for Larsa. Since he responded on October 13, 2024, his response served for both Larsa and himself.
As I handle these legal tasks, I am also resting and watching NCAA games. A busy week is ahead, and preparation is key. This process is an open-book test—anyone can find the necessary legal codes with proper research.
You can find #CODES on the right, and check out Trump at CIRCA during our visit.
When it comes to sports, I prefer watching at home, where I can focus on the commentary and analyze the numbers. This summer, my go-to spot will be #CIRCA #Stadium #Swim—I take every chance I get to swim. If I can find a casadea with a pool, it’s definitely on!
Beyond personal interests, I plan to highlight concerts and share shows, all while working with casinos to add affiliate links and monetize the clubs I promote as a form of passive income.
On a personal note, I have finally found closure regarding Devonte’s passing. I understand why God took him, and while the pain remains, I have peace. I never aspired to be part of the NBA, and I have chosen to invest his portion towards housing for displaced men who need guidance and direction. My background was well-documented when I ran for Alderman—imagine the success I could have achieved if he had invested in my career.
As for my legal case, I am confident in my victory. Scottie was served in Los Angeles on December 18, 2024. By law, a defendant has 30 days to respond after being served. Despite their ongoing harassment, they have yet to file an official response. The judge should accept my affidavit of service, particularly since I have an email response from Jason Giller dated October 13, 2024.
Despite the challenges, I remain focused. They may have gotten me fired, but that only opened doors for new opportunities until my case is resolved. I have no shame in working hard and staying employed—I embrace networking and rebuilding. I can ZOOM into any court case during breaks, just like I did with Jordan.
For now, I’m home resting, cooking, and enjoying the day. CBS, take note—today’s events are on your tab.
