In 1995, the plaintiff volunteered with the NBA in Phoenix, AZ, where she worked in guest services for the NBA and its players. During this time, she had the opportunity to engage with the players and their families, providing exceptional guest services.
Notably, the NBA has footage of the plaintiff’s son, Diandre Valentine, playing basketball during a special playtime for his birthday with Boyz II Men.
The footage also includes Diandre meeting Shaquille O'Neal during a press conference and attending Brandy's birthday party in 1995.
Plaintiff often worked as a security escort in the VIP section with the players and/or their wives or dates, including, but not limited to, Juanita Vanoy Jordan and Donna Grant.
Her responsibilities often involved providing concierge services to celebrities and their guests, working alongside Dawn Hendrick (Milhouse) and Sonya DeBerry.
She frequently networked and promoted parties and events where she worked exclusively with NBA players.

The Plaintiff in the case of Valentine v. NBA, Chicago Bulls, Scottie Pippen, Carl Pippen, Larsa Pippen et al., Case No. 2024L002166 has filed a Motion in Opposition to the Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss. This motion, along with supporting documents, is scheduled for presentment on August 15, 2024, at 10:00 AM.

Subject: Change of Venue Request and Judicial Misconduct Concerns
Good Morning House Leader Jones,
Thank you for your immediate presence in Chicago following the recent developments. I appreciate your attention to this matter.
My apologies in advance, but as I have communicated consistently from the outset, I must reiterate that I will not receive a fair hearing in Cook County, Illinois. There are entrenched layers of systemic dysfunction and conflicts of interest that severely compromise the integrity of the judicial process in that jurisdiction. I am therefore compelled to transfer venue to Clark County, Nevada, where I am confident I can pursue a fair and impartial hearing—one based on the legal merits of my case rather than political influence or financial incentive.
The situation in Cook County has had a devastating impact on my life. I have lost all my personal property and belongings, including the remains of my son. After all I have contributed to that city, I was left homeless and stripped of the dignity and justice I worked for. I was within two weeks of securing a successful default judgment before my case was derailed by a judge unfamiliar to me and in a hearing I was not supposed to attend. In a way, that may have been a blessing in disguise.
All case filings, including recent amended activity that triggered further updates, are on record. I intend to refile this matter in Clark County by adjusting the court heading, serving notice appropriately, and allowing my son the peace and closure he deserves.
To be clear, this is why I can no longer support Illinois on any level. Governor Pritzker’s ambitions for higher office do not resonate with those of us failed by his state’s system. I was able to graduate, free of tax obligations, in Nevada something Illinois refused to allow.
The ongoing harassment, including threats to my safety, must also be addressed. I expect accountability from those who used their positions to gain influence or favors, including connections involving Scottie Pippen and others. Congressman Davis’s conduct is on record. I am forwarding this case file to Judges Virginia Kendall and Rebecca Pallmeyer with formal complaints regarding judicial misconduct. In fact, Judge Pallmeyer's own prior restrictions on my access to justice were included in Pippen's filings.
Speaker Jones, thank you again for your personal attention and presence. You witnessed firsthand what I have endured.
I trust that you, along with those copied on this letter, will be prepared to speak truthfully to these matters should the opportunity arise in court.

I Woke Up a New Woman
I woke up a new woman.
Everyone can see what’s happening—this isn’t some hidden battle. This is a high-profile case with far-reaching implications. Scottie continues to pay for the corruption he created, but one thing is clear: he can’t afford to pay off Las Vegas. The truth is being tracked, reported, and documented. A court trail is forming, and it's only adding to the already extensive paper trail.
Chicago, in all its dysfunction, continues to prove my point. The systemic failures of Cook County are on full display, and this cover-up is so massive it crosses jurisdictional and moral lines.
My life has changed—dramatically, and for the better. GOD has given me peace through truth. My original intent was to change venues, knowing the deep bias that exists in Cook County against me. Now, that decision only further establishes how local and state government officials have colluded in this injustice.
I am not broken. I am not beaten. I stand firm, with peace in my heart and new evidence in hand.
And you already know—I keep a paper trail.
Now, excuse me while I start my day with confidence.
