Dear Ms. Ricketts, Ms. Taylor, and Ms. Swann,
This letter serves as a formal notice of my intent to take legal action against you for slander, defamation, and damages resulting from your false accusations and misconduct related to my cleaning service on February 28, 2025.
You hired me through the (removed) platform for a cleaning assignment at (removed). However, the job was not properly booked through the platform and did not match the actual scope of work required. The cleaning was falsely listed as a standard 3-bedroom, 6-hour service, but the home was actually a 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 2,887 sq. ft. property that required additional time, resources, and staff. Despite these discrepancies, I agreed to proceed with the cleaning under the condition that I would only clean the first floor due to time constraints and lack of supplies for a deep-clean move-out service.
During the assignment, I encountered unsafe and unprofessional conditions, including unsanitary behavior by one of the occupants, which created a hostile work environment. Additionally, I sustained an injury due to slipping on a hazardous, slippery substance left on the heavily soiled floors. Due to this injury, I was forced to leave the property before completing the cleaning and informed the clients accordingly.
Following my departure, Alexandra Ricketts posted a defamatory and false review on (removed) falsely accusing me of theft and failing to clean the home. As a direct result of this false report, Homeaglow deactivated my account and flagged me as a security risk, causing a significant loss of income and damage to my professional reputation.
Damages and Legal Demand
Your false accusations, defamatory statements, and negligence have caused me:
Loss of income due to account deactivation and client cancellations
Emotional distress and reputational damage from slanderous allegations
Physical injury sustained on your property due to hazardous conditions
As a result, I am seeking $5,000 in damages for:
Defamation and slander, which have harmed my business and credibility
Lost wages due to Homeaglow deactivating my account
Medical and injury-related damages from the unsafe conditions on your property
Cease and Desist Demand
You are hereby ordered to:
Retract all false complaints and statements made to (removed) and any other entities
Cease and desist any further defamatory remarks against me or my business
If I do not receive a response within 10 days, I will pursue legal action in small claims court to recover damages for defamation, lost wages, and personal injury.
Furthermore, given the information shared by one of your roommates regarding an "outstanding warrant in Switzerland," I strongly advise you to reconsider your conduct before making baseless accusations. As a professional with a background in private investigations, I take legal matters seriously and will not hesitate to take further action to protect my livelihood.
You may wish to consider how similar false accusations could impact your own employment, including airline security concerns for those working in aviation.
This letter serves as your final notice before legal action is taken. I recommend you seek legal counsel.

In un'epoca e in un'epoca in cui incombe la minaccia di una guerra. Trovo un po' impegnativo che la promozione di "Conclave", oltre alla tempistica di questa malattia, possa portare una nota negativa alla chiesa cattolica. Il Vaticano vuole davvero valutazioni così basse?
Papa Francesco sarà l'ultimo e definitivo Papa, mi sottometterò a questa idea, data la consapevolezza che la posizione più alta nominata nella Chiesa potrebbe essere compromessa.

POPE YOU #ISOLATED TOO??? #JOKES
The Holy Father, this afternoon, after a morning spent alternating between respiratory physiotherapy and prayer in the chapel, experienced an isolated episode of bronchospasm. This caused an episode of vomiting, which led to him inhaling some and a sudden worsening of his respiratorymkm condition.
The Holy Father was promptly subjected to bronchial aspiration (to clear his airways) and was put on non-invasive mechanical ventilation, which improved his oxygen levels.
He has remained alert and aware at all times, cooperating with therapeutic treatments.
The prognosis, therefore, remains guarded.
In the morning, he received the Eucharist.
This statement, provided by the Holy See Press Office on Friday evening, came as the Pope continues to be treated for bilateral pneumonia in Rome’s Gemelli Hospital. He was admitted on Friday, 14 February, following an infection of the respiratory tract.
About 24 to 48 hours will be needed to be able to assess the Pope's clinical condition following the isolated bronchospasm episode.
