I have no contact direct, indirect, implied, or otherwise with Ervin Johnson. This includes personal, professional, or third-party communication of any kind. Any suggestion to the contrary is false.
The matter often referenced publicly involves a $20 million defamation claim, which originated from reports allegedly filed in Santa Monica.
Those filings and the narratives that followed have created a series of misrepresentations that I categorically reject.
For the record:
- I have never worked for, represented, or been employed by Ervin Johnson, nor will I ever seek to do so.
- My professional alignment and work history are separate and distinct.
- My client relationship was with Michael and Juanita Jordan and that is the extent of any relevant affiliation in that regard.
Any claims, rumors, or narratives suggesting otherwise are not only inaccurate they are harmful.
At this point, I have no interest in engaging in conversations, commentary, or speculation surrounding these matters. The only communication I am open to receiving is a formal apology addressing the slanderous and defamatory statements that have been made about me.
