If you pay close attention, I was winning my case. The hearing was scheduled for May 22, 2025 for Default Judgment, yet it was dismissed on May 2, 2025 weeks earlier.
That was not my assigned judge.
On April 7, 2025, we were officially scheduled to return to court on May 22, 2025. Instead, a hearing was held without notice, the judge was changed, and the case was dismissed.
Congressman Danny K. Davis and Chief Judge Evans were both subsequently forced out.
