MY RIBS ARE BETTER...SLAB RIBS CASE TODAYWATCH ALL OF THE VIDEOS PLEASEFRIENDS THAT STALKED ME FOR LISA MCCOY JOKES
On May 30, 2021 Plaintiff Chyvette A Valentine, placed an online order at Slab Bar B Que located in South shore at 1918 E 71st, Chicago, IL 60649; as a Chef and Foodie Review Critic, my subject was to find "the Best Ribs" in this area to recommend to visitors on my International Blog
Said order was placed online at 1:51 pm and scheduled to be ready for pick up by 2:36 pm.
Plaintiff walked to pick up the order, which took approximately 25 minutes, arriving at the restaurant around 2:30-2:45 pm, the order should have been ready.
While waiting for the order, Plaintiff recorded videos and took pictures of signs, specials, and TV food Critics who have visited previously.
Plaintiff was chatting with customers also waiting for their order and I gathered opinions of the food.
At approximately 2:45 pm Staff came out "alleging" I was causing a disturbance and "harassing customers" and offered me a refund of monies, without completing my order that should have been ready for pick up.
These slanderous statements were libelous, I did not cause a distraction and I was not harassing customers, as alleged, trying to justify her out of control behavior that spilled from inside the store to outside the store. I was enjoying my day!
After refunding money, staff attacked Plaintiff with a piece of wood, violently chasing me out of the store, in front of customers and others in the area watching this debacle of poor customer service!
After leaving the store Plaintiff called Chicago Police to file a report for assault and battery, police did not respond.
Owner James Trice Sr. arrived and apologized, at that point, I was embarrassed, insulted, traumatized, and now a victim of an attack by the staff of this restaurant!
Plaintiff prays for the amount of $15,000 for the mental and emotional distress caused by this staff.
There was nothing about my "attempting" to promote their food that would warrant and justify such horrific customer service or lack thereof.
I was attacked with a 5-pound piece of wood trying to purchase a meal from this establishment!

While taking an air break a man started being confrontational, then while trying to pose a threat, he posted against the pole, in a threatening manner as if he wanted to pull something out of his bag to do something to me... LOL...
