June 1, 2026: Half the Year Is Gone A Moment of Reflection, Growth, and Gratitude

Today is June 1, 2026.

Half of the year is officially behind us.

Six months ago, many of us entered 2026 with goals, dreams, business plans, prayers, and expectations. Some plans worked out exactly as expected, while others took unexpected turns. Looking back, I realize that the first half of this year has not been about perfection it has been about growth, development, resilience, and preparation.

As I reflect on the journey from January 1st to today, I am reminded that every step, every setback, every victory, and every lesson has helped shape the person I am becoming.

January 2026

Vision, Planning, and Purpose

The year began with a commitment to focus on purpose.

I spent much of January evaluating my goals, reviewing my business plans, organizing projects, and preparing for a year of growth. Rather than rushing into new ventures, I concentrated on creating a solid foundation for future success.

This was the month of vision.

The month of strategy.

The month of deciding exactly where I wanted my life and business to go.

February 2026

Research and Development

February became a month dedicated to building behind the scenes.

I researched business opportunities, explored new service offerings, and continued developing plans that would allow me to create multiple streams of income while maintaining the flexibility to travel and work remotely.

While many people only see the finished product, February reminded me that every successful venture begins with preparation.

Great things are built long before the public ever sees them.

March 2026

A Major Milestone

March was one of the most important months of the year.

After months of planning, preparation, and determination, I officially launched my company.

March 15, 2026 C.A.V. Enterprises LLC Officially Opens in Las Vegas

This date represents more than the filing of paperwork.

It represents faith.

It represents independence.

It represents believing in myself enough to build something from the ground up.

Launching C.A.V. Enterprises LLC was a significant step toward creating a business that reflects my vision, values, and commitment to serving others.

This achievement marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter.

The journey to launching the company did not happen overnight.

There were consultations, planning sessions, document preparation, filing requirements, and compliance steps that had to be completed.

Like many entrepreneurs, I learned that creating a business involves much more than having a great idea. It requires patience, persistence, and attention to detail.

Each completed step moved me closer to transforming a vision into reality.

By March 15th, the vision had become official.

April 2026

Growth, Development, and Unexpected Moments

April was a month of continued growth.

I focused on developing my business structure, exploring new opportunities, expanding my knowledge, and preparing for future services.

I also began planning for additional certifications and training that would complement the services offered through C.A.V. Enterprises LLC.

Then something unexpected happened.

April 25, 2026

Scottie Pippen Resurfaced

Life has a way of bringing unexpected moments when we least expect them.

While my primary focus remained on personal growth, business development, and moving forward, April 25th became a notable date that added another chapter to an already eventful year.

Rather than allowing distractions to derail my progress, I remained focused on my purpose and continued moving forward.

Growth sometimes means acknowledging the past while refusing to live in it.

May 2026

New Opportunities and New Skills

May was filled with progress.

After months of prayer and preparation, I accepted a remote work opportunity that provides additional income while allowing me to continue building my own business ventures.

I also enrolled in:

• Apostille Training

• Notary Training

• Loan Signing Agent Training

Each certification represents another step toward expanding professional services and creating new opportunities for growth.

The investment in education today will create opportunities tomorrow.

Returning to the Kitchen

One of the unexpected joys of May was reclaiming my kitchen.

For those who know me well, the kitchen has always been one of my favorite rooms in the house.

I reorganized, cleaned, and began cooking many of my favorite dishes again. I also started researching equipment such as pasta makers and meat grinders to continue improving my culinary skills.

Cooking reminds me that success requires patience.

The same ingredients can create something extraordinary when given the proper time and attention.

Starting My Garden

May also marked the beginning of a new gardening journey.

I planted herbs and vegetables with hopes of creating a garden that produces fresh ingredients for future meals.

Watching seeds grow into plants serves as a daily reminder that success follows the same process.

Plant.

Nurture.

Wait.

Grow.

Harvest.

June 1, 2026

A Moment of Reflection

Today I find myself standing at the halfway point of the year.

When I look back over the past six months, I don't simply see accomplishments.

I see transformation.

I see courage.

I see faith.

I see progress.

THE BENEFITS OF BEING A CULINARY STUDENT

CHURCH UNTIL 2 PM

"Back in the Kitchen"

Preparing to Set Up My Studio in Kitchen!!!

My kitchen is finally back in order.

Slowly but surely, I have put my favorite room back together, and I cannot tell you how much I've enjoyed being back in it. There is something therapeutic about cooking, creating, and spending time in a space that brings you peace. I've been cooking some of my favorite dishes and looking forward to practicing even more.

To take things to the next level, I'm ordering a pasta maker, a meat grinder, and a few other kitchen tools so I can continue honing my craft at home. Learning new techniques and creating meals from scratch is something I truly enjoy.

This week, I also started my garden, and I am so excited! I have all of my herbs planted, along with tomatoes, cucumbers, beets, radishes, and strawberries. Living in Las Vegas means dealing with extreme heat, so I have to take advantage of the sunshine while I can. There is something rewarding about growing your own food and watching your hard work come to life.

The next two weeks will be focused on training and development for my business, addressing a few health matters, and continuing to build relationships and contacts that will help support my future goals. This fall, I plan to resume classes, but for now, my focus is on laying a solid foundation.

One of the biggest milestones recently has been securing a remote position. Having a work-from-home opportunity gives me the flexibility to continue building my business while maintaining a steady income. It allows me to focus on building me, and that is exactly what I intend to do.

Of course, life can't be all work and no play.

I think it's time to have a little fun this summer. Not too much but enough. I need to scout out a few of these pool parties and local events. I refuse to let another summer pass me by without making a few memories and enjoying myself.

My NBA season has officially ended. The Oklahoma City Thunder were eliminated, and with the playoffs winding down, I'll be spending less time glued to the television and more time exploring what Las Vegas has to offer. I'll still be rooting for the New York Knicks and seeing how things play out, but I'm ready to get out and enjoy the season.

One thing many people may not know about me is that I absolutely love thrifting. Some people call it shopping I call it treasure hunting. You never know what hidden gems you'll find, and that's half the fun.

June will be a busy month. I'll be networking with various firms and agencies, developing commercial and marketing materials, and preparing for the official launch of my business. While my launch date has been pushed back, I'm actually grateful for the additional time. It allows me to prepare properly, tie up loose ends, and ensure everything is in order before moving forward.

There are still a few administrative tasks on my list, including amending my operating agreement and updating my business address. The good news is that I'm almost ready.

My goal is to have all training completed and certifications in place for Notary Services, Apostille Processing, and Loan Signing Services. I want to be fully prepared before opening the doors and serving clients.

As for my paralegal studies, I've decided to postpone them until I can dedicate uninterrupted time and attention to the coursework. Right now, my focus is on building the business correctly. I'm hoping to return to those studies in Fall 2026 but if you've been following my journey, you already know that life sometimes has its own timeline.

For now, I'm grateful.

The kitchen is back in order. The garden is growing. The business is developing. New opportunities are opening. And for the first time in a while, I feel like everything is beginning to come together.

One step at a time. One project at a time. One goal at a time.

The future looks bright.Feel free to follow along as I continue building, learning, growing, and occasionally taking a break to enjoy a pool party, a thrift store treasure hunt, or a great home-cooked meal.

THANK YOU FOR READING ALONG

As we head into the final round, I want to take a moment to thank all of my readers who continue to visit my blog and keep me inspired to create content.

What many people don't realize is that this little blog has grown far beyond anything I ever imagined.

I have followers from over 200 countries around the world, and this page is translated into more than 50 languages. That still amazes me.

Whether you've been reading for years or just recently discovered my work, thank you for checking in, reading along, and sharing this journey with me.

For those who may be wondering, my life is so much bigger than Scottie. I honestly cannot speak for or to Mustapha. Those are chapters and conversations that belong to their own space. Meanwhile, I've decided to do something much more enjoyable... I chose to have some fun.

Despite what some may think, I don't hate basketball. In fact, I enjoy watching the games. During the playoffs, you'll often find me watching from home while texting friends who are actually attending the events. It's become part of the experience for me.

I've also learned that I don't need to explain or apologize for my lifestyle. I've always lived a disciplined and structured life. It's who I am. I am comfortable in my zone. I enjoy my peace. I enjoy my routines. I enjoy being exactly where I am.

The truth is, I never wanted to be a celebrity. Fame was never the goal.

I am a storyteller.

I am a writer.

I narrate stories. I observe people, moments, and events, then share them through my own lens. That has always been my gift.

The only challenge with having a gift is understanding the responsibility that comes with it. I've always believed that when gifts are used solely for personal gain, something valuable is lost in the process. Whether you call it intuition, purpose, faith, or simply personal conviction, it's a principle I respect.

That doesn't mean I can't enjoy life.

That doesn't mean I can't have fun.

And right now, that's exactly what I'm doing.

So prepare for the final round.

I'm not going to pick a winner.

You can do that.

I'll simply enjoy the games, watch the story unfold, and see where the journey leads.

In the meantime, it's summertime in Las Vegas. The sun is shining, the city is alive, and I have three weeks before my next assignment begins. Until then, I'll be enjoying the season, creating content, writing stories, and spending time doing the things I love most.

Thank you for reading.

Thank you for supporting my work.

Thank you for being part of this incredible global community.

And most of all, thank you for reading along.
