I am writing to formally and urgently report continued interstate stalking, judicial misconduct, and conspiracy to obstruct justice connected to my pending case in the Law Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County, Valentine v. Scottie Pippen, et al., Case No. 2024L002166.

From April 28, 2025 to the present, I have been subject to active stalking and harassment in Las Vegas, Nevada, perpetrated by Scottie Pippen, with Larsa Pippen and his attorney Jason B. Giller acting in coordination. Their behavior is a clear and deliberate escalation meant to silence and intimidate me prior to resolution of the civil case, and I fear for my life.

This campaign of harassment is not new. It dates back decades and includes events that resulted in the wrongful death of my son, Devonte Pippen, in 2012. I firmly believe this murder is being covered up and concealed by individuals with legal and public influence. I must now go on record and state that Judge Flannagan's recent order to dismiss, entered within the same timeline of these intensified threats, raises grave concerns of collusion and conspiracy to not only obstruct justice, but to cause my death.

These concerns are not speculative. My movements are actively being tracked. I have received harassing emails and messages. I have reported this conduct to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the U.S. Marshals, and I have alerted the Mayor of Las Vegas. The pattern of stalking—across jurisdictions—shows clear signs of coordinated activity and criminal intent.

It is imperative this correspondence be included in the court’s administrative and judicial review. I respectfully demand immediate investigation and oversight of judicial actions taken in this case—including Judge Flannagan's dismissal order and its suspicious timing—as well as the broader conspiracy to silence me by intimidation, force, and abuse of legal process.

I am a survivor of decades of abuse. I will not be silenced. The wrongful death of my son, the attempt to eliminate me, and the continued cover-up must be documented, reviewed, and confronted by this Court.

With the utmost urgency and respect, I submit this formal complaint to your office regarding systemic judicial obstruction, due process violations, and political interference directly impacting my longstanding legal matters in the Circuit Court of Cook County.

As a woman who has studied, been mentored by, and shaped her legal understanding under the inspiration of legal scholars such as the late Honorable Eugene Pincham, Duke McNeil, and the esteemed Johnny Cochran, I cannot remain silent in the face of blatant injustice. I write not just as a pro se litigant, but as a legal mind trained through lived experience and constitutional study. The framework they taught me demands I speak truth to power.

I address this to you, Chief Judge Evans, as both a respected jurist and a steward of Cook County’s judicial integrity. You, more than anyone, understand the legacy of fairness, equity, and transparency that the court must uphold. I must now demand you take full account of the following matters which have been systemically ignored, suppressed, or silenced:

1. Obstruction of Justice & Contempt of Court

Despite lawful filings, proper service of process, and valid claims involving abuse, harassment, stalking, and economic sabotage, I have experienced:

Deliberate barriers to Zoom court appearances, including being disconnected mid-hearing.

Orders that contradict verbal rulings, denying any meaningful appeal or relief.

No notice of hearings, unexplained dismissals, and refusal to enter default despite defendant non-responsiveness.

Judge Dempsey’s unwarranted ban on my court email communications, rendering me unable to contact clerks, judges, or staff—this has functionally silenced my access to justice.

All of these actions, taken together, constitute willful Obstruction of Justice and institutional Contempt of Court.

2. Political Interference & Collusion

I must now name names:

Governor JB Pritzker – I was unlawfully displaced from Presidential Towers, a property formerly owned by his family, in what I believe to be a political maneuver tied to suppressing my claims and shielding powerful interests.

Congressman Danny K. Davis – Since his days as a Cook County clerk, he has followed, stalked, and interfered in my legal affairs, including inserting himself politically in court operations. A claim has been filed against him.

Rev. Jesse Jackson Sr. & Vice President Kamala Harris – I stood with them at a public event the very same day Honorable James Zagel later reported deceased. My personal affiliation with the Jackson family was documented and then strategically referenced by the Chicago Bulls in my lawsuit, confirming their awareness and involvement.

Scottie Pippen – Served on December 18, 2024, with a response deadline of January 18, 2025. No appearance or response filed.

Jason B. Giller – Registered agent for Scottie and Larsa Pippen, served October 13, 2024; deadline November 15, 2024.

Melissa Pippen – Sent a direct threat via email on October 13, 2024, now preserved on my phone.

Instead of honoring these facts, court personnel and elected officials have discredited me, tampered with procedures, and used internal knowledge of my case to exploit, delay, or destroy my claims. I have also accidentally responded from my primary email to court officials—this mistake was used to justify a blanket email ban imposed by Judge Dempsey, stripping me of any legal voice.

3. Demand for Oversight and Escalation

Chief Judge Evans, this is not simply a legal failure—this is a federal crime and a civil rights emergency. The sustained pattern of bias, suppression, sabotage, and political collusion within the Cook County system cannot be separated from the high-profile nature of my claims.

As such, I am:

Demanding immediate investigation by your office into the procedural misconduct, intentional communication blocks, and handling of Case No. 2024L002166.

Formally notifying the Judicial Inquiry Board, and simultaneously preparing referral to the Department of Justice Civil Rights Division.

Forwarding this report to Chief Judge Rebecca Pallmeyer, as her name was inappropriately referenced by the Chicago Bulls, implying political favor or involvement.

Including Honorable Virginia Kendall, as this now involves state-level officials, senators, city and council authorities with direct conflict of interest.

Chief Judge Evans, your judicial legacy—like the scholars who molded mine—is grounded in the fight for equal justice. You know this case. You know my name. And you know what has happened.
