God has been so faithful! After dealing with the last unsettling situation with stalkers, I decided to take control of my business and reached out privately to my clients. To my amazement, the response was incredible! As of now, my Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays are fully booked with stable, recurring clients.
This consistency has given me room to breathe and the ability to set aside personal time—something I haven’t had in a while. Now, I can actually plan for things like getting my nails and hair done, and I’m excited to start sharing more of my foodie experiences. But beyond that, I’m praying for international travel soon.
Dreams in Motion
One of my biggest goals in development is opening a bed & breakfast in Las Vegas. This week, I’ll be researching zoning laws, licensing, and the necessary requirements to make it happen. My heart is set on The Pinto Estate—the only property of interest to me for this venture. I need to understand how current regulations will impact its profitability, as this would be both a meaningful investment and a new stream of income. I’ve poured so much into that project already, and I know the right path will be revealed.
Italy on the Horizon
Another major plan on my heart is spending two weeks in Italy this November. My vision is to fly there and cruise back, fully immersing myself in Italy’s beauty, food, music, and rich culture. Museums, historic sites, and of course, a special visit to Cervet Cemetery—yes, for those who caught the reference, the cemetery in Italy that shares my name (Chyvette, pronounced just like Cervet from The Omen).
Gratitude and Blessings
Today is a busy one, but before I go, I want to send a special prayer of gratitude for my roommate—who cooked dinner for me last night. It’s the small acts of kindness that make all the difference.
God’s hand is in everything, and I’m beyond thankful for this season of stability, growth, and exciting new beginnings. Here’s to walking in faith and watching dreams unfold!
Stay tuned—big things are coming!
