Valentine vs Davis amended complaint due today

Dear Congressman Davis et. al.,,

I am writing to you on behalf of Chyvette A Valentine to extend a settlement offer regarding the legal matter concerning violations of the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), privacy infringements, housing termination, slander, and defamation of character allegedly committed by Danny Davis, Raymond Gye, Josie Ware, and Gerard Moorer.

In an effort to resolve this matter swiftly and amicably, we are willing to forgo pursuing legal action in exchange for a settlement of $2 million dollars. This amount is deemed fair compensation for the damages, distress, and reputational harm caused to Chyvette A Valentine as a result of the aforementioned violations.

This settlement offer is made with the understanding that it will expire on April 1, 2024. Therefore, we urge you to consider this proposal promptly to avoid any further escalation of this dispute.

In addition to the financial compensation, we request that the following terms be included in the settlement agreement:

An acknowledgment of the wrongdoing and a formal apology from Danny Davis, Raymond Gye, Josie Ware, and Gerard Moorer to.

Implementation of policies and training programs within your organization to prevent future violations of VAWA and ensure the protection of individuals' privacy rights.

Reinstatement of any housing rights or privileges unfairly terminated as a result of the actions of Danny Davis, Raymond Gye, Josie Ware, and Gerard Moorer.

Cease and desist from any further slanderous or defamatory statements made against myself, my children, whom you do not know.
We believe that this settlement offer is a fair and equitable resolution to the issues at hand and will allow all parties involved to move forward without further litigation.

Please respond to this letter, indicating your acceptance or any counteroffers you may have. We are open to negotiation and dialogue to reach a mutually agreeable settlement.
